The hotel had really nice and clean rooms which were a great size, perfect for our group of three. The service was very friendly and helpful, although the layout was a bit confusing due to construction. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. The dining experience, while offering delicious breakfast every morning, was let down by the canteen-like setup with paper and plastic. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a convenient location.
The hotel rooms were really nice and clean, a great size for three people, but there were some issues with noise from neighboring rooms. The service was super friendly and attentive, offering dry cleaning, shops, laundry, valet parking, and welcome drinks. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Broadway and other attractions, ideal for events at the Arena. The dining options were mixed, ending early on weekends and lacking in quality. Overall, a good stay with some drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and super comfy, perfect for the three of us. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was ideal, especially for the event we were attending at the Arena. The dining experience was good overall, though improvements could be made for a more enjoyable mealtime.
